I entered the financial planning industry with one simple belief:

That belief has never changed.

2012 年，我进入财富规划行业。

Over the first five years, I built a successful career.

I became a Managing Director, led a team of nearly one hundred advisors, and achieved more than I had imagined when I first started.

On paper, and in the eyes of those who didn’t know me well, I had built exactly the life I set out to build.

But I knew something was missing.

接下来的五年，我取得了不错的成绩。
我成为 Managing Director，带领近百人的团队，也实现了刚入行时曾经设定的目标。
从外界来看，我没有理由离开。
但我知道，还有一些东西，是我没有学到的。

I realized that the products and strategies I knew represented only one part of the industry.

If I wanted to truly serve families with different needs, I needed a broader perspective.

So I made a difficult decision.

I left behind a successful position to begin learning again.

Not because I had to.

Because I believed my clients deserved better than the limits of what I knew.

我渐渐意识到，自己所接触的产品和策略，只是这个行业的一部分。
如果想真正帮助不同背景、不同需求的家庭，我必须拥有更完整的视角。
于是，我做了一个并不容易的决定。
放下已经取得的成绩，到新的平台重新学习。
不是因为我必须这样做。
而是因为我相信，我的客户值得拥有比我当时所知道更多的选择。

That decision changed everything that came after.

Over the years, I’ve worked with more than a dozen insurance companies, served hundreds of families, and learned that there is no perfect product.

Only the right strategy for the family in front of you.

Today, as Executive Vice President at 9 Fortunes, I continue to do what I’ve believed since 2012:

Help every family make better decisions about their future.

那个决定，改变了我后来所有的职业道路。
